Who can use the new surgery?
The surgery has been opened to make access to primary care easier for those living in the Crossflatts /Morton/ Riddlesden area. However any Bingley Medical Practice patients may make an appointment to see a doctor at the Crossflatts surgery.
How do I get into the surgery?
There is a separate well signed entrance left of the main door into Thompson Court. Please do not try to enter Crossflatts Surgery via the main entrance to the Resource Centre.
Is there any parking?
We have five parking spaces including one disabled slot in the Thompson Court car park to the left of the main entrance
Which doctors will be working at Crossflatts Surgery?
Most of our doctors will hold a surgery at Crossflatts on the same day each week.

What other services will be provided there on a regular basis?
Nursing appointments – alternate Tuesday & Thursday afternoons
Blood tests –Wednesday and Friday mornings
Anything else?
We will do cervical smears, smoking cessation clinics and seasonal immunisation clinics and some diabetes/ respiratory clinics depending on demand.
What services will not be available at Crossflatts?
Post natal checks, baby & childhood immunisations, travel immunisations, minor surgery, IUCD and contraceptive fitting or MSK services.
Can new patients register?
Yes anyone wishing to join Bingley Medical Practice and use the surgeries at both Crossflatts and/or Canalside Health Care Centre can call in to register.
What are the opening hours?
Reception at Crossflatts surgery is open from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday Please note we are closed Wednesday afternoon from 1.00pm.
Doctors surgeries 8.30am – 11.00am in the morning and 3.00pm – 5.30pm in the afternoon.
What about prescriptions?
You can call into Crossflatts Surgery to order a repeat prescription and collect it from either Canalside or Crossflatts surgery.
