You can send us your blood pressure readings using the form below.

To measure your blood pressure:-

1) apply the cuff to your upper arm (usually the left side is preferable).

2) sit comfortably and quitely for 5 minutes

3) start your machine, according to the manifacturers instructions. Avoid moving or talking during recording.

4) make a note of the reading

5) wait for 2 minutes and then perform a second measurement.

6) make a note of the reading

7) if you wish, you can repeat this process later in the day.

When entering your readings here, type the higher number, followed by a "/", then the lower number, e.g. 136/72. You do not need to send us your heart rate.
